Where to Find User Manuals for Popular Printer Models
The fastest way: your printer's own model number
Every printer has its exact model number printed on a label on the device itself (usually on the front, top, or back panel) β search "[your exact model number] manual" directly on the manufacturer's own support site rather than a general web search, since third-party manual-hosting sites are frequently outdated or mismatched to a slightly different model revision.
Models we cover setup guidance for
- HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e β HP's support site hosts the full manual under its Support > Manuals section for this exact model number.
- Canon imageCLASS MF455dw β available from Canon's support site under Drivers & Downloads for this model.
- Epson EcoTank ET-2850 β Epson hosts both a quick-start guide and full user guide under this model's support page.
- Brother QL-820NWB β Brother's support site has both the user manual and a separate quick setup guide for label printers specifically.
If you can't find the model number
Check the original box, the printer's Settings/Info menu on its touchscreen (usually under "Printer Information" or "About"), or the bottom of the device β manufacturers place model labels inconsistently between product lines.
A note on official manuals vs. our guides
Our instructions on this site are written and tested independently β always defer to your printer's official manual for anything safety-related, like handling ink or toner, or if your printer's menus don't match what we describe (menus do change between firmware versions).
